5 Climbing Tips when Rock Climbing

Take Good Care of Your Fingers

First and foremost, you’ll want to think about your fingers. Keeping them in tip-top shape is essential to becoming (and staying) a good climber. This makes them very easy to injure, especially if you haven’t warmed up. Rubbing them together is a fast and easy way to do this.
