As some of you may know, CRIMPIN is still a young Canadian brand, having only launched in December 2019. Prior to Covid-19 I had a great time connecting with the climbing community at local gyms and through various events held at the start of the year. Due to all of the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 global pandemic, CRIMPIN has been in lockdown and instead connecting with climbers digitally.
The health and safety of the climbing community and the local suppliers I work with is top priority. I have taken the following measures and precautions:
Processing & Shipping
COVID-19 has had a large impact on the supply chain, including materials and shipping of non-essential items. The aim is to have all orders of in-stock items shipped out within five business days. All products are shipped from Mississauga, Ontario. Please be aware that delays may happen.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. I encourage you to follow your tracking number and check the Canada Post website for any disruptions that may impact your order. Please keep in mind that at this time, priority is being given to shipments of essential goods and CRIMPIN can not be held responsible for any shipping delays.
