Crimpin Refund Policy
First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “thank you!” Nothing makes us happier than a multitude of happy Crimpin customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know…
Refunds and Returns
You may return most new, unopened, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us, with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please note the clearance items that are noted for “final sale” cannot be returned.
We do not accept any returns after 45 days from the order date.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been fulfilled then we will cancel the order and refund your payment. If your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our facility.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be emailed a Return Mailer form with all of the shipping address details.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, email us at email@example.com and you will be emailed a Return Mailer form with all of the shipping address details.
Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
